Connect Organiq to Claude
For claude.ai (web), Claude Desktop and Claude on mobile, with Google sign-in. Works on any paid Claude plan (custom connectors).
Before you start: have an Organiq account with at least one Search Console property connected. Sign in with Google at https://app.organiqgeo.com, click "Connect Search Console" (read-only access) and wait for the first sync. The connector only completes authorization for accounts with a property.
Step by step
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors (or
claude.ai/customize/connectors) and click Add custom connector. - Name:
Organiq. MCP server URL:https://organiqgeo.com/mcp. Leave the advanced client ID/secret fields blank: the server identifies Claude by itself (Client ID Metadata Document / dynamic registration). - Click Add, then Connect. A Google window asks you to pick an account: use the same Google account as your Organiq account.
- On the Organiq screen, check the application asking for access (claude.ai), pick the account and click Allow.
- Back in Claude the connector shows as Connected. Under Tool permissions you see the tools; all are read-only.
Without signing in, Claude can already call get_capabilities, get_ctr_benchmark and check_connection; when you ask for a site's data, a Connect card appears in the conversation.
Example prompts
- How did example.com do in the last 28 days compared with the previous 28?
- Which queries grew the most and which lost clicks last month?
- Which pages are decaying compared with six months ago?
- Where are we cannibalizing: several pages ranking for the same query?
- Give me quick wins: queries with CTR below the expected for their position.
- How many sessions came from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini this month?
Common problems
- "A property is missing" during authorization: the chosen Google account has no Organiq account with a property. Follow the steps in the box above and click Connect again.
- You filled in client ID/secret: that prevents automatic registration. Remove the connector and add it again with the fields empty.
- Expired token: Claude renews it by itself (refresh token). Being asked to sign in again after 30 days without use is expected.
- Revoke: remove the connector in Claude; tokens stop working as soon as the client revokes them and expire by themselves within 30 days.
