1. The service

Organiq syncs Google Search Console, GA4 and, optionally, Bing Webmaster Tools data of the properties you connect, stores the history and makes it available in a dashboard (https://app.organiqgeo.com) and in a read-only MCP connector for AI assistants.

2. Who may use it

You must own or have access permission to the properties you connect and have legal capacity to contract. When connecting clients' properties you declare you are authorized by them.

3. Account and security

The account is identified by your Google account. API keys and connector tokens are personal: keep them secret and revoke them if leaked. Tell us about any unauthorized use.

4. Plans, trial and billing

Current plans, prices and limits: https://app.organiqgeo.com/precos. New accounts get a trial period with no card; when it ends the account moves to the Free plan, with no charge.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions charged in advance through Stripe; plan changes are prorated by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, effective from the next period.
Cancel at any time in the billing portal: the paid plan runs until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to Free. No pro-rata refund of the current period, except the 7-day withdrawal right on the first purchase under Brazilian consumer law. legal review: confirm the refund policy and the wording for companies.
Failed payment: Stripe retries for a few days; if it keeps failing the subscription is canceled and the account returns to Free, keeping data within that plan's limits.
When a limit is exceeded (properties, history, seats, add-on) the service answers "plan limit reached" with a link to the plans; nothing is deleted.

5. Acceptable use

You may not access or try to access other accounts' data; circumvent usage or plan limits; use the service to break the law or third-party rights; resell access without a written agreement; or put abusive load on the service. We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your data and intellectual property

Your properties' data is yours; you license us to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. The software, analyses, brand and content of the service are ours.

7. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or ranking results. Numbers reflect what Google and Bing provide (including sampling and anonymization) and may differ from their interfaces. Analyses are suggestions; decisions about your site are yours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event (zero on the Free plan and during the trial); we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. legal review: validate against consumer law for individuals.

9. Termination

You can delete the account at any time (dashboard or https://app.organiqgeo.com/exclusao-de-dados); data is erased as described in the privacy policy. We may close Free accounts inactive for more than 12 months, with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious violations.

10. Changes, law and venue

Material changes are published here with a new date and announced by e-mail 30 days in advance when they reduce your rights.
