Submit URLs for indexing from your AI, with IndexNow and the Google Indexing API
· Organiq · third-party facts carry source and date in the text
The AI calls request_indexing and Organiq sends the URLs to IndexNow (Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam, Yep) and, if the property turns it on, to the Google Indexing API. Indexing is optional, per property, and does not change Search Console. get_indexing_requests shows the status.
How does URL submission for indexing work?
There are two routes. IndexNow works for every property: you generate a key in the dashboard, host its file on the site and Organiq notifies the engines that use the protocol. The Google Indexing API is optional and per property: you turn it on in the dashboard, at app.organiqgeo.com/site/<id>/indexacao, "Configure" block. The AI requests a submission with request_indexing (up to 100 URLs per call, action update or delete) and reads the result with get_indexing_requests. A submission is a request, not a confirmation: the confirmed state comes from Google's URL inspection.
Indexing is optional, per property, and does not change Search Console. Both tools write only to Organiq and to the engines you chose, and need the mcp:write scope.
What does Google's policy allow for the Indexing API?
Google documents the Indexing API for pages with job postings (JobPosting) and live-stream videos (BroadcastEvent inside VideoObject), per the official guide. For other page types the Google route is outside the documented use. IndexNow has no such restriction, but it does not reach Google: it serves Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam and Yep. That is why the Google route stays off until you turn it on, per property, and the dashboard shows this policy next to the switch.
How many URLs per day does each plan allow?
The limit is per account, per day (UTC), and adds up both routes. Values read from the plans, October 31, 2026:
| Plan | URLs per day | Google route |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 10 | no |
| Starter | 100 | yes |
| Agency | 500 | yes |
During the launch, all features are unlocked, no card required. When the daily credit runs out, URLs come back as skipped with the reason daily_limit; it is not an error. Plans and prices: plans page.
What differs from the alternatives, and what is the exception?
- Confirmed state, not only submitted. The dashboard table shows a "confirmed at" column, from Google's URL inspection, next to the request. Comparison: IndexPlease shows a state per URL (indexed, pending, error), per indexplease.com, read on October 31, 2026. Exception: it also has a state per URL. Where to see it: the "confirmed at" column of the dashboard table.
- Google's policy written out. The restriction to job postings and live-stream videos appears on screen and in the tool description, with IndexNow as the route without it. Comparison: the IndexPlease site promises to index any URL and does not mention that policy (indexplease.com, October 31, 2026). Exception: its IndexNow route has no such restriction either. Where to see it: the dashboard "Configure" block.
- The AI submits and reads through the same connection as Search Console. Comparison: IndexPlease has no MCP connector (indexplease.com, October 31, 2026). Exception: it submits on its own every day, without the AI. Where to see it:
get_capabilities, technical group.
How do I start?
- Connect Search Console (guide) and the AI to the connector (Claude, Claude Code).
- In the dashboard open
app.organiqgeo.com/site/<id>/indexacao, "Configure" block: generate the IndexNow key and host the file; the Google route is optional. - Ask the AI: "submit these URLs for indexing". It calls
request_indexing; thenget_indexing_requestsshows the state per URL and engine.
Dashboard: app.organiqgeo.com.
Frequently asked questions
Does submitting for indexing change my Search Console?
No. Indexing is optional, per property, and does not change Search Console. URLs go to IndexNow and, if you turn it on, to the Google Indexing API; Organiq only stores its own request history.
Does the Google Indexing API work for any page?
Google documents the API for pages with job postings and live-stream videos. For everything else use IndexNow, which serves Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam and Yep.
Does IndexNow send URLs to Google?
No. Google does not take part in IndexNow. Google's URL inspection shows whether the page is in the index.
Does submitting a URL guarantee it will be indexed?
No. A submission is a request; each engine decides if and when to index. The confirmed state comes from Google's inspection.
Do I need a paid plan to submit URLs?
The Free plan submits 10 URLs a day through IndexNow; the Google route needs a paid plan. During the launch, all features are unlocked, no card required.
Which connector tools do this?
request_indexing submits, up to 100 URLs per call; get_indexing_requests reads the state per URL and engine and the daily credit.
